Our practice accepts most major credit cards and insurance plans; plus, we offer affordable third-party financing options through CareCredit® or Cherry. With third-party financing, you can:

In-Office Savings Plan
Zsambeky, Chaney, & Associates is proud to offer our patients a Membership Discount Plan, an exclusive program designed to enhance your dental experience. While this membership plan is not dental insurance, it does provide a range of valuable benefits, such as:
Basic Plan
- Two (2) standard cleanings
- Two (2) periodic exams
- Two (2) cancer screenings
- Two (2) fluoride treatments (adults and children)
- Four (4) bitewing x-rays, plus three (3) additional anterior x-rays
- 50% off Panorex, Full Mouth Series, CT scan, and all additional x-rays
- 50% off bleaching trays (refills not included)
- 20% off additional standard cleanings
- $500 off orthodontics - Invisalign
- Free bleach touch-up kit or Clinpro Quarterly
The Periodontal Adult Plan – includes everything in the Basic Plan plus:
- Four (4) perio cleanings replace the two (2) standard cleanings
- Seven (7) bitewing x-rays replace the four (4) bitewing x-rays fee
- Four (4) flouride treatments replace the two (2) flouride treatments
- Two (2) cancer screenings
Throughout the plan period (12 months), you can take advantage of these benefits to maximize your oral health and well-being. Maintain uninterrupted access to the plan’s perks by renewing your membership upon receipt of the following year’s annual membership.
Our practice strives to provide transparent and convenient payment options, and therefore kindly request that payment for dental services be settled on the day of the service. Please remember that the benefits offered through our Membership Discount Plan cannot be combined with dental insurance plans, discounts, coupons, or interest-free financing programs such as Care Credit or Wells Fargo.
Please note that membership fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Additionally, any unused annual benefits will expire at the end of the membership year. It’s our commitment to provide exceptional care within the scope of dental services. As such, this membership cannot be used in conjunction with any third-party liability insurance such as home, auto, or workers’ compensation policies.
Rest assured that the benefits included in the Membership Discount Plan are exclusive to Zsambeky, Chaney, & Associates. They are non-transferable and cannot be applied to services provided by any other healthcare professional or facility. We are dedicated to delivering comprehensive dental care that prioritizes your needs and ensures a personalized experience tailored to you.
